Receptionist - Holiday Park Lancaster Negotiable salary 37.5 hours per week - Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun Key Responsibilities / Duties: * Front of house checking in / out of our guests, creating great holiday memories for families * Liaising with park teams, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests * Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers * Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries * Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well * Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers, ensuring you are aware of offers that are available to them * Cash handling * Processing payments * To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required * Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices * Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role Skills required: • An excellent telephone manner • Good time management – multitasking • Great customer service and organisational skills • Computer literate • A friendly and approachable personality • Dependability
