Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
With the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager handles all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, decision makers in clinical and non-clinical roles, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products into NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
* Sell and demonstrate medical equipment in theatre and clinical settings.
* Conduct trials and evaluations to drive sales.
* Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition.
* Develop and implement an effective sales business plan.
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision makers, including surgeons and hospital staff.
* Organize and conduct training workshops.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales and market conditions.
* Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethics and legal standards.
* Liaise with other company departments to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as needed.
