The position will be based in the Selective Solder Department, within a team of people who manufacture high quality products for our customers. The role will be operating our Selective Solder machine, to ensure that the high-quality products are being manufactured at the level we require. Responsibilities Operating Machinery Setting Machinery Maintaining Machinery Handling PCB’s Meeting specific departmental & company targets Inspecting and finishing product prior before passing to next process Follow systems / procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality. Skills, Experience and Person Specification Computer literate & basic mathematic. Ability to work as part of a team. Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy Experience using similar machinery preferable. Understanding mechanical drawings / artwork preferable Full training will be given. Specifics Working hours Monday to Friday 18.00 – 06.00 with 30 minutes for lunch. 24 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays, increasing with the years of service.
