Regent Property are searching for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator with excellent people skills, high level of attention to detail and a hunger to succeed.
The individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Registering and qualifying new applicants.
* Managing your own diary to complete viewings (with the assistance of Viewing Assistants when necessary).
* Updating Landlords at least once a week through a variety of platforms including We Chat, Whatsapp and email.
* Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants and recording all communication.
* Negotiating any offers received and passing all information to the Moves administration team.
* Working closely with the Directors in identifying new business opportunities.
* Ensuring that you are up-to-date on lettings legislation.

Do you have what it takes?
* Must demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.
* Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to build rapport quickly and influence people you’ve never met previously
* Good understanding of London’s residential property market
* Working experience of Qube SLM and Goodlord platform would be advantageous
* NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management desirable
The role:
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday, 10am-3pm.
* 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with each year of service
