Job overview
Looking for a flexible OT role where you can make an impact from home?
Join our innovative Integrated Children and Young People’s Therapies Service in Buckinghamshire as a Remote Occupational Therapist. This exciting role has been created to reduce waiting times and provide earlier advice and intervention for children and young people.
You’ll deliver virtual advice sessions to schools and families as a first point of contact, lead engaging webinars, and manage a small caseload through remote coaching. This is a home-based role with excellent flexibility, with occasional on-site attendance for team connection and essential IT support.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, integrated service working closely with Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, and wider professionals including health visitors, paediatricians, and school nurses. Together, you’ll shape high-quality, evidence-based care across health, education, and social care.
We’ll support your growth with a comprehensive induction, regular supervision, CPD opportunities, mentoring, and access to regional and national networks. You’ll also benefit from dedicated support from our Practice Development Therapist.
