Job Title: Regional Occupancy Manager

Type: Permanent – 37.Salary: £45,000 per annum plus company car & an annual 10% management bonus & up to 20% occupancy bonus (Paid 5% per quarter)

Role Overview: As a Regional Occupancy Manager, you will guide the strategic vision and oversee the public sector occupancy in our care homes. Identify, develop, and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers building partnerships with funder decision makers/budget holders to ensure that Bupa is the “go to” partner in key regions.
Identify commissioning arrangements with growth possibilities, produce robust business plans that unlock and leverage benefit.
Experience of collaborating with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards and NHS Trust Board level stakeholders and developing, bidding, and winning formal tenders.
Experience of driving commissioning agendas and influencing service-based pathway design.
Knowledge of Local Authority and Integrated Care Board (ICB) structures.
Knowledge of the commissioning process and the relationship between commissioners and service providers.
