Sales Ledger Administrator (9-Month Contract)

£14-£17 per hour + holiday pay

Circa 30 hours per week - flexibility for slightly fewer hours
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a proactive

Sales Ledger

Administrator

for a 9-month temporary contract. This is a varied role combining administrative duties, coordination of operational processes, and direct liaison with customers and stakeholders.
The Role:

Working as part of a small, friendly team, you'll take ownership of a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth running of services and timely communication. Key duties will include:
Raising and issuing sales invoices and tracking payments

Coordinating and maintaining records for site tenants and customer agreements

Carrying out and logging routine inspections and audits

Managing stock levels for office supplies and consumables

Keeping noticeboards, signage, and information points up to date

Updating and maintaining asset registers and inventories

Monitoring shared inboxes and incoming post, ensuring timely responses

Logging and filing staff timesheets and vehicle checklists

Assisting with diary management and meeting preparations

Supporting the planning and smooth delivery of events

Collating and circulating documentation for stakeholder review

About You:
Proven administrative experience, including raising invoices

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently while supporting a wider team

Comfortable managing varied tasks with shifting priorities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
