Job Description
Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager
Ready to Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Projects at the Top Level? If you're an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager whose SC cleared or eligible, this is your chance to step into a role that’s not just about delivery — it’s about leadership, growth, and impact.

Responsibilities
* You’ll lead the delivery of complex Oracle HCM Cloud projects across multiple industries.
* You’ll grow — with a clear path to Programme Manager, Delivery Director, and even Practice Head.
* You’ll innovate — working with the latest Oracle Cloud tech in a digital-first, agile environment.
* You’ll be trusted — this is a high-visibility role with real ownership and autonomy.
* Successfully managing the delivery of Version 1’s Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
* Working with the customer to confirm scope, goals, objectives and business justification and secure resources (people and budget).
* Leading progress of project plans in-line with time, cost and quality.
* Managing customer expectations and monitoring scope creep.
* Managing the agreed project scope and Change Requests with customer sign-off prior to work commencement.
* Assisting the customer project manager with monitoring tasks and progress of customer-specific activities.
* Controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and Version 1 senior stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
* Continually assessing potential risks and issues.
* Monitoring and communicating customer decisions; monitoring project budget and P&L ownership.
* Leading an effective project communication strategy and identifying inter-dependencies among stakeholders.
* Ensuring appropriately skilled resources deliver the project and managing consultant performance.
* Travelling to customer sites as required and permitted.
* Assisting in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
You will have experience of:
* Implementing Oracle HCM Cloud projects end to end
* Delivery and implementation work for a consultancy / systems integrator
* Leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently
* Project Management experience delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methods
* Prince 2 or similar
* Microsoft Project
* Fixed price/budget, commercial and customer experience
* Governance (Gate Control, Status Reporting)
* Scope management expertise
* Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills (written/verbal) across all levels
