Extremely busy employment requiring a forward thinking and proactive candidate. The role is located in Exeter but the sucessful candidate would be expected to frequently work in Bristol and at other locations on selected weekends/ADX. SWOTR is a large, recently formed organisation with currently 500 pers, which has lots of moving parts and daily challenges. The candiate must be able to multi-task and be willing to step in and assist above and below the level of their role to enable the unit to function sucessfully. The candidate must have sound knowledge and experience with Regular (incl In-Service Degree Officers), FTRS and Reservist TACOS (Including both Gp A and B ARes) and be familiar with ARes Pay, allowances and processes. Must have a depth of recruitment experience and understand the process to allow sucessful onboarding 200 OCdts annually from initial expressions of interest, through the selection and medical process to attestation, JPA data entry and further checks within a very limited time frame to allow for training to take place. RAWO also acts as the RCMO and advises the CO and Adjt in MS; including raising ARs. Candidate must have Career Management experience and have attended the RCMO and ARes Career Manager's course prior to assuming the role and be in-date to allow for correct JPA permissions. Other roles include: 1. Act as unit ISO, AD, DPA, LSO, and LUMS Administrator 2. Assist Adjt/RAO with supervision and technical training of all SPS and civilian HR staff. 3. Assist FSA/SSA in authorising allowances, paying of university recruitment events and medical Invoices. 4. Assist the YODA in managing the potential Officer Pipeline
