Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within Salesforce or other CRM software.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and build professional connections.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a business development or sales role in construction industry is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic plans.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
