Salary: £29,000 per annum
Bonus: £250 per month OTE bonus

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Wheel Technician to join our busy Bodyshop team at our MINI site in Long Hanborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced automotive environment.
The Role
Working within our dedicated Wheel Pod, you will be responsible for refurbishing and repairing alloy wheels to manufacturer and customer standards. You'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard before handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic wheel repairs
* Prepare, sand, paint and finish wheels to a high standard
* Identify damage and determine appropriate repair methods
* Maintain excellent quality control and attention to detail
* Work efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
* Support the wider Bodyshop team when required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in alloy wheel repair/refurbishment or vehicle paint preparation
* Experience within a Bodyshop or automotive environment preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
