Job Description
1. Lead architectural drawing and production efforts for multifamily residential projects using Revit
2. Prepare and oversee full construction document sets, including plans, sections, details, and schedules
3. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, and ownership teams throughout all project phases
4. Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and client standards
5. Review and redline junior staff work to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency
6. Contribute to design development, detailing, and material coordination
7. Assist with permit submissions, agency comments, and construction administration as needed

The Successful Applicant
A successful Architectural Multifamily Designer should have:
8. 4+ years of professional architectural experience, with multifamily project experience strongly preferred
9. Advanced proficiency in Revit is required
10. Strong background in architectural drawing production and construction documentation
11. Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing for residential projects
12. Familiarity with New Jersey building codes and permitting processes is a plus
13. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
14. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
15. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, preferred
