We are seeking an experienced and talented personal assistant/ HR manager to join our senior leadership team in the role of Personal Assistant to the Headteacher whilst the current post-holder is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Headteacher including managing her diary and provide important HR services to the wider staff body. You will also line manage members of the administrative team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same and so a flexible, can do solution-focused approach is key. The ideal candidate will have school-based experience, but fear not: we are able to provide a wealth of support and training including a hand-over period for someone with prior PA/ HR experience.
