Role
This role involves providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs referred by local authorities and schools. You will work 1:1 in a trauma‑informed, holistic manner.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Plan each session of teaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
* Deliver holistic and engaging sessions that meet the learner’s needs.
* Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on progress.
Requirements
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
* Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or other Additional Educational Needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS.
* Two professional references.
* Based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.
Employment Status
* Engage as a Worker on short‑term contracts via PAYE.
* No set amount of work or expenses coverage.
* No self‑employment; you will be covered by our insurance.
