Responsibilities
* Processing high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Reconciling supplier statements and supporting with payment runs
* Assisting with month-end ledger tasks and reporting
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation
* General admin duties to support the finance team
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with accounting software and Excel
* A proactive and flexible attitude — happy to pitch in as part of a team
