In this role you will perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, to ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, quality standards and health & safety standards as per agreed SLA's with all customer airlines and any other relevant third parties. Ad- hoc Passenger Service Agent duties as required.
* To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner
* Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given
* Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline's policy
* Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions
* Exemplary customer service skills and professional attitude
* Candidate must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and be professional in all communications
* Ad hoc Passenger Service Agent duties as required
* Previous experience in similar position is preferred
* Preferably can speak multiple European languages
