What you will do / Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering Early Years activities and supervision of children in the nursery setting
* Support children with learning through play, including activities like science, baking sessions, and age-appropriate curriculum experiences
* Participate in outings and on-site activities (e.g., trips to museums or visits to nearby LEYF nurseries)
* Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families
* Assist with daily routines, ensuring safeguarding and child protection practices are followed

About the nursery
Leys Nursery and Pre-School is rated Good by Ofsted and provides Early Years education and childcare from birth to 5 years old. Located in Dagenham, near Dagenham East underground station and The Leys park. The nursery is bright and modern, with rooms for different age groups and a garden for free-flow play.
