Job Title: Business Development Manager - Complex Care Location: Remote (UK-based, with occasional travel required) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Commission & Bonus Structure Type: Full-time, Permanent Sector: Complex Care About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our clients Complex Care division. This is a fully remote role; however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel when necessary to meet new service users in the community and foster client relationships. You will play a key role in developing and expanding services for individuals with complex care packages (e.g. Neurological disorders, Brain and spinal injuries, Stroke rehabilitation) Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strategic relationships to increase care hours and client base Identify and convert new business opportunities within the Complex Care sector Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver high-quality care solutions Attend meetings with ICBS and LAs, commissioners, stakeholders, and service users as needed Develop tender responses and contribute to service mobilisation plans in the community. Essential Experience and Skills: 5-10 years of experience in business development within Complex Care or Nursing services Strong clinical, complex care, or nursing background (essential) Sound understanding of compliance and quality standards in health and social care Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
