Overview
Albert Bartlett, a leading British family brand known for quality potatoes since 1948, is seeking a dedicated Fresh Production Supervisor to join our team.
You will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and every 3rd Saturday, and you will have the opportunity to lead and support a dynamic team to ensure our fresh production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This position offers a competitive salary of £13.70 per hour and the chance to play a key role in maintaining our high-quality standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day operations within the fresh production area, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
* Lead and motivate a team of operators, fostering a positive and engaged working environment
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
* Maintain accurate production records and reports
* Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and performance
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in a production or manufacturing environment is essential
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
