This business is known for delivering complex, high-performance systems across a diverse project portfolio, offering engineers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of cutting-edge solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Systems Engineer to support a range of technically challenging programmes. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, integration, and delivery of complex systems involving sensors, electronics, and signal processing across firmware and software domains. You will be involved throughout the full engineering lifecycle, contributing to system design, implementation, testing, and customer acceptance, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Contribute to system design activities across all stages of the development lifecycle Support delivery of technical requirements through design, integration, and acceptance Produce and review technical documentation (e.g. specifications, test plans, procedures) Participate in system integration, testing, and qualification activities Identify technical risks and opportunities within projects Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams to ensure system performance Attend and contribute to design reviews with internal teams and customers Support customer acceptance activities at internal and external sites Contribute to product safety, reliability, and lifecycle support Build strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Support research and development activities to enhance product performance and efficiency About You You will be a motivated and capable engineer with experience in systems development and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
