Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support the organisation's goals.
Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment and regulatory standards
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary recruitment and compliance team
Drive process improvement and efficiency across recruitment workflows
Own and lead the recruitment function across clinical and non-clinical roles
Monitor and review policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
Manage recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire and quality metrics
Partner with senior stakeholders and provide clear recruitment briefings
Lead recruitment-related change projects during periods of transformation
Oversee audits, risk management, and regulatory readiness
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
Profile
A successful Recruitment & Compliance Manager should have:
Experience managing large teams and complex workloads
Proven experience leading recruitment in regulated environments
Strong working knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment law
Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior leaders
Experience owning and improving recruitment processes end-to-end
Data-driven, with experience using KPIs to drive performance
Comfortable operating during organisational change
Pragmatic, resilient, and delivery-focused leadership style
Exposure to healthcare, education, or care sectors highly desirable
