A growing, independent Specialist School in Oldham, catering for 20 children with complex, mixed SEND, is recruiting for 2 Teachers to join their team.
Job specification:
* Full-time, permanent Teacher position
* Lead classes of children aged 5-11 years with complex SEND: ASC, SEMH, M/SLD etc.
* Very small class sizes: max. 4-5 pupils
* Growth plans for 2 more sites in the next year; potential for internal progression, transfers between sites etc.
* Incredible training/CPD opportunities, with consistent internal progression
* Supportive, experienced proprietors and Leadership Team, including on-site therapists
* Salary: up to £42,000
Character specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with Primary-aged children within an SEND environment
* Strong, resilient candidates who can deal with challenging behaviour and adapt to changing situations effectively
* Calm, patient and friendly teachers happy to share opinions and thoughts, and have an active role in the school's strategy
* Ambitious teachers excited by chance for progression and CPD
