offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will manage your own caseload while benefiting from mentoring and development opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality legal services, handling matters from instruction through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
* Contractual disputes
* Negligence claims
* Debt recovery actions
* Commercial disputes
* Building disputes
* Misrepresentation cases
* Inheritance Act claims
* Contested probate matters
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
* Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
The Candidate:
* 1–3 years PQE
with experience in civil litigation.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
* Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
