Logistics Operations Coordinator Temporary Northampton / Hybrid Driver required due to location £30,000 per annum (£14.42 per hour) We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join the client's team on a temporary basis. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day transport operations, track shipments, manage documentation, and support the wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in logistics and operations. This is initially a temporary role. Logistics Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Shipment Tracking & Customer Support: Monitor deliveries using our tracking system, flag any issues early, and communicate updates to the team and customers. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and check trip documents such as packing lists, CMR, and customs paperwork to ensure compliance. Team Support: Assist the team with daily operational tasks, provide cover during absences, and collaborate with colleagues across the business. Communication: Notify relevant teams of deviations or delays, and escalate any issues with carriers as needed. Systems & Performance: Update transport systems accurately, support KPI tracking, and help improve operational processes. Outcome: Ensure shipments are tracked, paperwork is complete, and the team delivers reliable, high-quality service.
