Overview
The Company — a long-established steel stockholder and distributor in Bradford — is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support their Key Account Managers by owning the administrative and order management processes across the business. This is a newly created, full-time, permanent position that offers a clear development route and exposure to operations, supply chain, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
* Entering and updating customer orders using a bespoke ERP system
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure order progression and milestone delivery
* Maintaining visibility and tracking of all orders
* Ensuring customers receive orders on time and in full
* Providing internal updates to support forecasting and invoicing
* Supporting smooth collaboration across departments
* Relieving administrative pressure on key account managers
Required Skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
* Comfortable liaising across departments and chasing updates
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desirable Experience
* Administration or data-entry background
* Familiarity with ERP systems (training provided)
* Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or steel sectors

Working Hours
* Monday-Friday
