Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will have a key role within the organisation with duties including:
* Providing finance guidance, reporting and analytical support.
* Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting of gross margin (revenue and cost of sales).
* Providing insights and analytics to influence revenue and margin performance.
* Assisting in executing pricing loads in SAP, consolidating and reporting on pricing and supporting ad-hoc analytical requests.
* Month-end requirements: accruals, intercompany and ad-hoc provisions as required, reporting, providing commentary on key revenue lines
* Cultivates finance/business relationships, which includes learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders
* Assisting with interim and year end audit work as required
* Continuous improvement of existing processes and key role in development of short term forecasting on a rolling basis, tracking sales expectations and assumptions.
Profile
A successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:
* Be looking to qualify in CIMA/ACCA in the near future or newly qualified
* Proven experience in a similar analytical role within a large complex organisation
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
