What we'll need you to bring
1. Experience of working in an estates maintenance environment.
2. Certificate of competence for Portable appliance testing C&G 23377/002 or equivalent competence.
3. Certificate for use of mobile platforms
4. Certificate of Electrical competence to work at or near electricity and apply local house rules
5. Operate and understand the safe use of hand tools.
6. Driving Licence.
7. I.T. keyboard skills to allow manipulation of building management systems alarms on boilers, etc.
8. Good communication skills.

This role will be based in PSSD Maintenance department within Udston Hospital.
