At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working where possible. This approach supports meaningful relationships by bringing colleagues together across the UK, while also allowing generous home-working options. We value in-office time for problem-solving, learning, and connection.
For this role, you will spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Swindon, Northampton, or Bournemouth offices. Further details will be provided by your hiring manager. More about our hybrid approach can be found here.
If you are outside Swindon or London, you will need to attend these offices once a month for workshops, collaboration, and meetings.
If we receive many applications, we may close the advert early, so please apply promptly.
