GERMAN SPEAKING TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: Diary and calendar management for bankers at the Associate level
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and con calls across multiple time zones
Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, and flight, accommodation and car bookings
Expense management and preparation
Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
GERMAN SPEAKING TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Fluent in German and English
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks, often independently
Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask
Displays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email
Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
Friendly, polite and approachable with a can-do, muck-in attitude
