Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a full-time position in a well-established nursery setting in Hayes, starting in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed early years professional looking to make a positive impact in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate and stimulating activities to support all areas of child development
* Monitor and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate observations and assessments
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
* Promote a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Adhere to all safeguarding and health and safety policies
Requirements:
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
* Previous experience working in an early years setting
* Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding protocols
* Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
* A professional, caring and enthusiastic approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
