We’re recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Operations team.
The role of Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful visualisations and analytics, helping teams improve operational awareness, efficiency, and innovation through reliable and accessible data products.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to understand business challenges and clarify data requirements, automate manual data processes to improve reliability and reduce errors. Using tools such as Power BI and SQL to create clear and concise reports, to help the wider business to analyse the data and make informed decisions to help support business and wider sustainability goals.

The Recruitment Process - What is involved?
Our recruitment process has been designed for you to easily apply and highlight the best of your skills, expertise and personal attributes. Our recruitment process involves the redaction of each candidate’s identifiable information, leaving their skills, experience and answers to the competency questions to be assessed.
1. Complete your online application on our website by 21 September 2025. Please read the information about the role carefully and provide as much relevant information about yourself as possible and the transferable skills in relation to the role.
2. Applications will be redacted removing any personal or identifiable data prior to being sent over to the hiring managers.
3. There will be 2 interviews for this process. 1st Interview will be taking place week commencing 20 October 2025. This will be a competency-based interview.
4. 2nd Interview will be taking place week commencing 3 November 2025. This will involve a scenario-based task followed with questions relating to the task.
5. After the interviews we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if you have been successful—this should be by 15 November 2025.
