About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant to join a supportive school community in Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students with mental health needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
In this role, you will provide direct, practical support to students facing emotional and mental health difficulties. You’ll help them develop emotional resilience and positive coping strategies, while working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to promote an inclusive, understanding, and supportive learning environment.
