What You Need to Succeed
Our Hospitality Assistants support our care teams to provide exceptional hospitality services, supporting the Head Chef, Reception Teams, Housekeeping, and Lifestyles Team. Good people skills and previous experience in hospitality are essential, especially with an affinity for care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with meal service in resident rooms or dining areas.
* Refilling water/drink jugs regularly.
* Setting up and clearing tables before and after lunch.
* Maintaining temperature records of fridges and service stations.
* Maintaining a fully stocked Bistro with a professional offering.
* Attending to residents' non-care needs, like opening/closing curtains or changing TV channels.

* Experience in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
* Positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
* Customer-facing experience and relationship-building skills.
* Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
