We’re looking for passionate people to join our kitchen teams as a Chef de Partie for multiple locations in Surrey and the South East. Heartwood Collection is an award-winning group of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries serving great fresh, seasonal food.

* Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
* Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
* Be a strong team player and flexible
* Great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
* Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs
About Heartwood Collection
The Heartwood Collection currently has over 40 locations, including Brasserie Blanc restaurants and Heartwood Inn pubs, many with boutique bedrooms. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027, which could add up to 500 bedrooms over the next four years. Our Stepping Stones training and development programme supports career growth.
