Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of consultants, driving performance and engagement
* Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities and staying ahead of competitors
* Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Deliver strategic workforce programmes including Mypath and Academies
* Present insights and data to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions
* Ensure a positive experience for our associates, aligned with our Associate Charter
* Collaborate across departments to share best practices and drive innovation
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
* Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
* High learnability and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* Experience in recruitment, HR, or workforce solutions
* Knowledge of business improvement methods and project management (desirable)
