About the Service and Opportunities
We are recruiting Social Workers across the service to meet the evolving needs of the local population. These opportunities have arisen following a recent service redesign, where existing post holders have progressed into promotional roles and new posts have been created to strengthen delivery and align services to local need.

2. Social Care Connect (which includes the Integrated Discharge Team)

The Role
As a Social Worker with North Lincolnshire Council, you will be part of a supportive, forward-thinking and high-performing service, delivering proportionate, outcome-focused adult social care.
You will:
3. Work across North Lincolnshire as part of skilled and supportive teams
4. Support adults and their carers to identify strengths, needs and personal outcomes
5. Undertake assessments, support planning and reviews in line with the Care Act and relevant legislation
6. Respond confidently to changing circumstances and complexity
7. Apply professional judgement to manage risk and promote independence
8. Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies
9. Use strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and IT skills in everyday practice.
10. We are looking for practitioners who are flexible, resilient and committed to high-quality social work, with a strong focus on learning, reflective supervision and teamwork.

14. Newly Qualified Social Workers are welcome – we provide a comprehensive ASYE programme with enhanced support in your first year
