Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of family law matters including private children work
* Undertake advocacy and represent clients confidently where required
* Deliver a high standard of client care with a compassionate and professional approach
* Manage your own diary and cases autonomously with support from the wider team
* Contribute positively to the development and success of the Family Law department
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
* Strong experience in family law ideally including private children matters
* Knowledge of Legal Aid work is desirable
* Confident communicator with good advocacy and negotiation skills
* Positive, proactive and client-focused approach with the ability to work well within a team
