Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations? Were looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, youll provide expert ER advice and guidance across the business, ensuring best practice and compliance with current legislation. About the Role As an Employee Relations Advisor, youll be the go-to expert for all ER matters, supporting line managers and key stakeholders with practical, solution-focused advice. Youll manage a variety of ER cases and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. Manage ER cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Build strong relationships across the business to promote a culture of trust, fairness, and open communication. Coach and support managers to handle people issues confidently and in line with company policies and employment law. Respond to policy-related queries and support the implementation of people-related projects. Contribute to continuous improvement of ER processes and practices. What Were Looking For Proven experience in managing a wide range of ER cases. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels. A proactive, organised, and resilient approach with the ability to work at pace. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering great service. CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
