Responsibilities
* Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
* Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
* Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches.
* Maintain clear and legible records and logbook. Adhere to health & safety at all times.
* Any other duties deemed necessary.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
* Good level of concentration and coordinating.
* Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life.
* Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage.
* Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, escalate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems. Demonstrate ability to problem solve under pressure.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
* Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
Qualifications
* Valid SIA licence
* Front of house experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Adhere to health & safety at all times
* Good level of concentration and coordinating
* Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
Hours & Pay
Hours: Part time Relief Contract Nights only (Hull-20:00-06:00/Leeds-20:30-08:30)
Hourly Rate: £12.60
