Role Overview We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide specialist care to individuals with complex needs. This role involves supporting clients with a range of conditions which may include neurological disorders, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or other complex health conditions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Our complex care model is designed with not only service users in mind, but support workers as well. We have designed a bespoke service where matching service users and staff does not only involve clinical skills and knowledge, but personalities and lifestyle too. We have a very experienced clinical and nursing team who will provide you with full client-specific training. This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive team and hone your skills in complex care, with outstanding 24/7 clinical support Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual support plans Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene Support with medication administration (where trained) Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures Support clients with daily living tasks including meal preparation and household tasks Provide emotional support and companionship Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in care or supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for care Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to undertake specialist training where required Right to work in the UK Please note that whilst experience in these areas are desirable, we will provide service user specific training.
