Job Description
3. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
5. Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
6. Manage and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
7. Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
8. Implement and improve financial processes and systems.
9. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and advice.
10. Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
12. Proven experience in financial management within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
13. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of compliance standards.
14. Ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
15. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
