Senior Practitioner | Family Safeguarding | Hertfordshire County Council - Permanent Senior Practitioner required to join the Family Safeguarding service Full-time, permanent position Office base: Stevenage (covering East Hertfordshire) or Hemel (covering West Hertfordshire) Case-holding role with hybrid working options Salary package: £47,754 per annum - Basic salary: £41,511 - Market enhancement: £6,243 (paid monthly on a pro rata basis) - Welcome payment: £1,000 (one-off payment upon successful completion of 6-month probation) About the Role: Hertfordshire County Council is recruiting experienced Senior Practitioners to join its Family Safeguarding teams across the East and West of the county. This is a vital, high-performing service working directly with families in need of support, delivering effective, relationship-based interventions.
