The role of the Pre-Contracts Manager Commercial Office Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial office fit out projects
Manage client enquiries by arranging survey meetings, understanding project briefs, carrying out measured surveys, and maintaining clear communication throughout.
Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing survey information, obtaining supplier pricing, and producing detailed quotations and schedules of works.
Coordinate design information including drawings, layouts, and visual materials to support client proposals and presentations.
Maintain project and quotation records by logging enquiries, updating systems, revising estimates, and tracking project progress.
Support project handover by finalising scope, costs, and documentation and ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
Working on projects ranging in value up to £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Pre-Contracts Manager Commercial Office Fit Out with
Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
Ideally have estimating Experince within fit out or related market sector such as: shopfitting, refurbishment, design & build, joinery or FF&E
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
