Our client based in London currently seek a SC Cleared Senior Content Designer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. This role is Hybrid (2 days a week in office)
Key Responsibilities:
* Design content to meet user needs, making complex language and processes easy to understand
* Put accessibility and inclusion at the heart of your content design decisions, helping create products that work for our diverse range of users
* Help your project colleagues understand the value of content design, and support less experienced content designers to advocate too
* Make content design decisions to improve people’s engagement with our products (metrics include more people using the products, fewer people dropping out before they get what they need, and an improvement in the quality of data we collect)
* Use and contribute to style guides and content patterns in the FCA Design System, and encourage others to do so
* Be an active member of the FCA content community and contribute to initiatives to increase maturity within the profession
* Be a role model for less experienced content designers, offering support when needed, and showing them how to build relationships with stakeholders and advocate for content design.
