We are supporting a fast‑scaling, award‑winning business with a strong UK presence and rapidly growing international footprint. With an ambitious leadership team and significant investment behind it, the company is entering a major phase of expansion and organisational build‑out.
To support this next chapter, we are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and shape the financial and operational foundations of the business.
The Finance Director will:
* Lead the finance function and act as a key member of the leadership team
* Build scalable systems, processes and reporting to support rapid growth
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, modelling and capital allocation
* Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit and compliance
* Strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls
* Support commercial decision‑making and new market expansion
* Manage cash, working capital and funding requirements
* Develop strong relationships with investors, lenders and external partners
* Build and develop finance talent as the organisation grows
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* A strong track record in high‑growth or entrepreneurial environments
* Ability to balance operational finance with strategic leadership
* Excellent reporting, systems and process improvement capability
* Experience managing complex working capital cycles
* Credibility partnering with CEOs, boards and investors
* Ideally to have experience in a scaling business with international exposure.
