Outside The Box Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a distinguished luxury brand renowned for its craftsmanship, and bespoke services. This is your chance to become part of a highly skilled team, offering both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure solutions to a discerning clientele.
The Role:
* Reporting to the Head of Retail / General Store Manager. Working closely with the tailoring team to deliver a seamless client journey.
* Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a personalised, luxury experience to HNW & VIC clients.
* Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a proactive and client-focused approach.
* Build and grow your client book through clientelling, outreach, and exceptional follow-up.
* Develop strong product knowledge across collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and tailoring services.
* Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems to build long-term relationships.
* Support visual merchandising and uphold the highest standards of store presentation.
* Collaborate with the tailoring and retail teams to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience.
* Ensure smooth daily operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and administrative duties.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
* A strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Experience or a keen interest in tailoring, garment construction, or made-to-measure services.
* A passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and styling skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* A client-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
* A proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
* A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Additional to the basic salary:
Commission structure
Uniform allowance
28 days holiday
