Overview
Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services. We’re opening three new children’s homes in Redcar and Cleveland, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead this exciting new service.
This is a rare opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape a positive and inclusive culture, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of autistic and/or neurodivergent children and young people.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the residential staff team, supporting children to access a range of activities both within our homes and in the wider community.
* Be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, and have the drive and resilience needed for a demanding role.
* Be people-centred, with strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills to build positive, trusting relationships with the children we support, their families, and external agencies.
* Lead a team in a role that involves safeguarding, person-centred care and collaboration with partner organisations.
Requirements
* Significant experience in children’s residential care, including previous supervisory experience.
* Ability to lead from the front, develop a positive team culture and uphold high safeguarding standards.
