Electrical Construction Manager Zurich, Switzerland
Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading European engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission‑critical projects.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee site delivery on a flagship project in Zurich.
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:
* Trade background and/or relevant third-level qualification.
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
* Strong understanding of the full design and construction process.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
* Proficient in MS Office and project reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality and programme performance.
* Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and discipline leads to achieve project objectives.
* Monitor labour, materials, plant, variations and project costs.
* Chair regular subcontractor and progress meetings.
* Oversee QA documentation, safety files, snagging and project close‑out activities.
* Drive commercial awareness, change management and weekly reporting.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
