Overview:
An established Lanarkshire firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its private client team. This role offers a central position within the department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service to a loyal local client base.
Role Requirements:
* Managing an executry-focused private client caseload independently
* Advising clients on core private client matters
* Providing guidance and oversight to junior colleagues, including secretarial and paralegal support
* Working collaboratively across the team
Experience:
* Qualified solicitor with substantial private client experience
* Executry experience essential
Skills:
* Technical capability in executries and related private client work
* Clear, practical and client-focused communication style
* Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
* Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
