About the Role
As aSpecialist ADHD Practitioner, youll play a vital role in supporting patients aged 17.5 and over through their ADHD journey. Working remotely, youll deliver assessments, manage medication, and provide expert support with the flexibility and autonomy to work in a way that suits you.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out comprehensive remote assessments for adults suspected of having ADHD
* Initiate and titrate ADHD medications in line with clinical best practice
* Conduct regular patient reviews to monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments
* Offer specialist advice to empower patients in managing their condition
* Collaborate with GPs and other professionals as part of Shared Care arrangements
* Contribute to service development, innovation, and clinical quality improvement
* Support seamless care pathways by liaising with partner organisations and agencies
What Were Looking For
Were seeking confident, compassionate clinicians who bring:
* Aminimum of 2 yearsexperience inindependent ADHD diagnostic assessment
* Aminimum of 2 yearsexperienceprescribing for ADHDas an Independent Prescriber
* A strong understanding of adult ADHD and the evidence base for treatment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A commitment to high standards of patient care and service quality
* A private, professional workspace suitable for remote consultations
* Willingness to travel occasionally for agreed face-to-face clinics
